  • Providing information in your user profile (if applicable)

  • Granting Application access to certain device permissions

  • Sharing precise or approximate location data

  • Uploading or submitting any content within the Application

  • Submitting job applications to the Company

  • Joining rewards programs, promotions, or competitions

  • Opting to receive notifications or marketing communications

  • Contacting customer support or technical assistance

  • Receiving account verification messages or technical alerts

  • Interacting within any communities, forums, or comment sections provided

Personal Information commonly includes, but is not limited to: phone number, location data, payment details, device identifiers (e.g. Device ID), rental history, analytics data related to power bank usage during rental sessions, and any additional information you provide when contacting support.


3. Non-Personal Information Collected Automatically

We may automatically collect Non-Personal Information through various technologies aimed at analyzing usage and improving performance, including:

  • General behavioral data not linked to identity

  • Device information (IP address, operating system, browser type, language, time zone, device identifiers)

  • Operational data related to charging devices (battery status, timestamps, rental status, duration of use)

  • Analytics data, performance logs, crash reports, and activity indicators

  • Traffic information such as access times, device type, and referral sources

  • Usage logs that help detect errors and support continuous improvement


4. Collection of Location Data and IP Addresses

To provide the Service correctly and efficiently, the Application may require access to location data, including:

  • Determining the location of a rented power bank

  • Identifying nearby charging stations

  • Determining the user’s location while searching for or returning a device

  • Recording IP addresses, which may indicate approximate location at the time of connection

Disabling location permissions may affect the Application’s ability to function properly or may limit certain features.


5. Data from Other Sources

Subject to applicable laws, the Company may obtain certain information about the user from trusted external sources such as technology providers, data analytics firms, electronic payment service providers, or other entities that lawfully interact with the Company, for purposes including:

  • Verifying the accuracy of user-provided data

  • Improving financial transaction accuracy

  • Supporting operational and technical improvements to the Application

Any such data is obtained within a clear legal framework and limited to what is necessary.

This is done in accordance with Jordanian law and limited to what is necessary.

Despite these measures, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. By using the Service, you acknowledge this inherent risk.

Due to the use of cloud infrastructure and third-party services, data may be stored or processed outside the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, for example on servers operated by Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other providers, in compliance with Jordanian laws and international security standards.

By using the Application, you expressly consent to the transfer and processing of your data outside Jordan, in accordance with Jordanian law and with reasonable industry-standard security measures.


16. Data Retention

We retain Personal and Non-Personal Information for as long as necessary to:

  • Manage user accounts

  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

  • Maintain rental and payment records

  • Support analytics and security auditing

Some data may be retained for longer periods where required by law (e.g. tax, disputes, legal proceedings, protection of rights).

The Application may contain links to external websites or applications not operated by the Company. We are not responsible for:

  • The content of such websites

  • Their privacy practices

  • Any data they may collect

Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of third-party sites before interacting with them.


18. Legal Framework

This Policy and the use of the Application are governed by the laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with this Policy.

Additional Legal Notice:
Certain data cannot be deleted due to mandatory legal or regulatory requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, financial transaction records, rental history, payment logs, and any information required to comply with applicable Jordanian laws or audit obligations. Such data may be retained even after an account deletion request and cannot be removed where retention is required by law (e.g., financial and audit records).


21. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account

  • Refrain from using the Application or devices for any unlawful activity

  • Keep login credentials (if any) confidential

  • Avoid exploiting any actual or suspected vulnerabilities

  • Report suspicious activities or potential misuse

The Company may suspend or terminate service in cases of serious violations.


22. Minors

The Service is intended for individuals who are legally considered adults under Jordanian law. Minors may not independently enter into rental or payment agreements or accept terms without appropriate parental or guardian consent and oversight. The Company may take actions if unlawful use by minors is detected.


23. Payment Data

When a user rents a device, payment details are processed by a licensed electronic payment service provider engaged by the Company, under the following principles:

  • Full card details are not stored on Haven’s servers

  • Transactions are conducted using secure protocols

  • Payment data is used solely to settle service-related charges

  • The payment provider may retain certain data under its own legal and regulatory obligations

The Company is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of the payment provider, but endeavors to work only with reputable, compliant providers.


24. Technical Data (Diagnostics & Crash Logs)

The Company automatically collects technical data, including:

  • Crash logs

  • Performance indicators

  • Memory usage

  • Power bank battery status during rental

  • Connectivity data

  • Request/response timestamps

  • Device type and version

This data is used to improve the stability and reliability of the Service and does not usually contain Personal Information, except where necessary to resolve technical issues.


25. Analytics and Device Identifiers

The Company may use identifiers such as:

  • Device ID

  • Mobile advertising ID

  • Session tokens

For purposes including:

The Company is not responsible for:

Interactions with external parties are at the user’s own risk.


33. “Do Not Track” Signals

Some browsers or devices offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting.

Due to the current lack of a unified industry standard, the Application may continue to collect certain data necessary to operate the Service, and some third-party tools may not respond to DNT signals. Users can disable cookies at the browser level, but this may impact functionality.


34. Emergency Disclosure

The Company may disclose certain data, personal or non-personal, when necessary to:

  • Address an immediate threat to human safety

  • Investigating suspected criminal use of devices

  • Respond to cyberattacks or major security incidents

  • Comply with urgent lawful requests from competent authorities

Any disclosure is limited to what is reasonably necessary.


35. Compliance with Authorities

The Company will comply with lawful requests from competent authorities in Jordan, including:

  • Public prosecution

  • Security bodies

Such cooperation will always be within the boundaries of applicable law.


36. Voluntary Data Disclosure by the User

The Company is not responsible for any Personal Information voluntarily disclosed by the user to others through:

  • Referral codes

  • Public posts or content

Users must exercise caution when sharing their own data.


37. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Jordanian law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, special, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profit or data

  • Damages caused by failures of telecom or internet providers

  • Damages resulting from the user’s failure to protect their device or credentials

This does not exclude any mandatory liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.


38. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights in and to:

  • Design and layout

  • Software structure

  • Databases

  • The “Haven” trademark and branding

  • Textual and visual content

  • Technologies and algorithms used

Belong exclusively to Al Hatif Al Saree’ for Import & Export – Haven.

Any copying, reuse, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any part of the Application or its content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.


39. Severability

If any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be interpreted, as far as possible, in a manner that achieves its intended purpose.


40. No Waiver

Failure by the Company to enforce any right or provision under this Policy shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.


41. Entire Agreement

This Policy, together with any other policies or terms published by the Company, constitutes the entire agreement regarding privacy and data protection between the user and the Company, and supersedes any prior understanding or statements relating to the same subject.


42. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy.
